Susan and William Lind (owners of Flags by Susan) have a combined experience in the multi family industry exceeding 59 years. Susan, first employed as a housekeeper at a small apartment complex, gained invaluable experience at all levels of the industry as she progressed up through the ranks of responsibility to department head, management, catering, outside sales and ultimately in providing the quality service and expertise demanded of our clients.
William began as a porter and his dedication allowed for him to move into the fields of property maintenance and ultimately into property management as well. His qualifications include property management of properties as small as 150 units to over 580, with expressed desire to develop increased residency by means of providing the superior oversight demanded to insure exceptional return on owner’s investment.
We began our careers in the simplest concept of the apartment industry. With the experience that can come only from “hands on” experience with all facets of the needs of property management, both Susan and William have spent years learning the needs and demands of property owners.
